Ayman Samman, a multifaceted individual, was born in Cairo, Egypt, where he initially pursued his passion for Egyptology. However, his interests soon shifted towards music, as he became the frontman for one of Egypt's earliest Heavy Metal bands. Following this experience, Ayman relocated to Chicago, where he embarked on a music career. It was during this time that he discovered his aptitude for acting, and he subsequently immersed himself in the Chicago theater scene, studying and performing alongside the city's most talented artists.
Eventually, Ayman made the transition to Los Angeles, where he now resides as a full-time actor, writer, and director. His fluency in both Arabic and English enables him to portray a diverse range of characters, making him a versatile performer. Notably, Ayman's early career milestones include a significant role in Clint Eastwood's Oscar-nominated blockbuster film, American Sniper, where he shared a memorable dinner scene with Bradley Cooper.
In addition to his film work, Ayman has made notable appearances in various Primetime network shows, including Blindspot, NCIS: Los Angeles, Scandal, Madam Secretary, The Looming Tower, and NCIS: New Orleans. As a filmmaker, Ayman has garnered recognition for his short films, with Jumper being a finalist at the 2019 Cannes festival, and The Pitch earning him a Silver Telly award. Furthermore, he co-created the first Arab-American animated comedy series, Momo's Amerika, which was recently acquired by Comedy Central.
