Audrey Moore was born in central Delaware to her parents, Harry and Terri Moore, in a family that valued education and the arts. She was one of seven children, and her parents made the bold decision to homeschool her and her siblings, providing a unique and intimate learning environment.
As a young girl, Audrey discovered her passion for acting at the age of 8 when she joined the Children's Theatre, Inc. of Dover. This marked the beginning of her journey in the world of performing arts, and she continued to hone her craft throughout her childhood and teenage years.
Audrey's academic pursuits led her to earn a bachelor's degree in theatre performance in 2015. Following her graduation, she embarked on a successful career as a musical theater actress, performing in professional regional theaters across the southeast.
In addition to her work on stage, Audrey is also a talented musician and released two albums with her folk band, Dogwood & Holly, as a mandolinist. Her musical talents have allowed her to collaborate with other artists, including Manchester Orchestra and Grouplove.
As she continued to pursue her dreams, Audrey made the bold decision to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia, to focus on a career in film and television. Her hard work and dedication have led to notable roles in indie dramas such as Edge of Town (2021) and indie horror films like Lesions (2024).
Audrey's versatility and passion for the arts have also led her to work behind the camera, serving as a 1st Assistant Director on non-union commercials and narrative features and shorts. She has also worked as a music video producer, collaborating with bands and artists on projects such as "Telepath" and "The Valley of Vision" by Manchester Orchestra, and "Cheese", "Deadline", and "I Want it All Right Now" by Grouplove.
In her personal life, Audrey married director and producer Isaac Deitz in 2020. Together, they co-founded Kick The Ladder, a film game for amateurs and professionals that has become a staple of the indie film community in Atlanta, Georgia. This platform has provided a unique opportunity for creatives to come together, share their work, and learn from one another.
