Anton Poriazov is a Bulgarian actor known for his versatility and range in various film and television productions. Born with rare eye colors, brown and green, he is fluent in Bulgarian, English, and Russian. Anton has recently completed filming for several projects, including Edgar Wright's "The Running Man," the horror movie "It Goes On All Fours," and the action film "Nightingale."
He has also played the lead role in the film "COVID-20" and participated in the international production of Disney and Jerry Bruckheimer's "Young Woman And The Sea," which was shortlisted for an Oscar nomination in the Best Original Score category. Anton graduated from the National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts (NATFIA) in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in acting.
Before that, he studied at the one-year school at NATFIA with artistic director Professor Nadezhda Seykova and at the film acting program at New Actors Film Generation. He also attended the acting studio of Antony Meindl, a renowned Hollywood studio.
Anton's mother, Antoanela Poriazova, was a top beautician in Bulgaria and his biggest motivation, sparking his interest in acting and always supporting him. He has played a variety of roles in films and television series, including "300 Rise of an Empire," "London Has Fallen," and "Shmenti Capelli: The Legend."
Anton has also worked on English-Italian projects, such as "Index Zero," partnering with Simon Merrells, and "Search and Destroy," directed by Danny Lerner, alongside Dylan Bruce. He has also appeared in the film "Survivor" alongside Milla Jovovich.
In addition to his film work, Anton has participated in Bulgarian television series, such as "Stolichani v poveche," "Liaisons," and "Sunny Beach," as well as numerous short films and commercials. He has also hosted several events, including the Bulgarian Sports Totalizator show "SPORT TOTO" on Bulgarian National Television and the concert of the Classic-M ballet dance school.
Anton played Inspector Stoev in the successful Bulgarian series "Undercover," which was sold in over 140 countries worldwide. He has also appeared in the film "The Car" with Grant Bauer and the short film "Enslaved," a co-production between England and Nu Boyana Film Studios.
In 2023, Anton entered the main role of father Harry in a two-season series on BNT - "Children of Time." He has also engaged in dubbing, providing voices for various commercials and series, including "Zagorka - The Apple Thief," E-Sky, ZORA Stores, and LEGO City.
In 2024, Anton debuted with his voice on the big screen in the animation "Legend of the Butterflies." He has also participated in the TV show "The Masked Singer" and the fifth season of the hit series on Apple TV - "For All Mankind." In the second season of "Absentia," Anton played Dr. Brian Taylor alongside Neil Jackson.
In 2025, another series with his participation was released - "The Mothers," directed by Viktor Chuchkov. Anton has also published his first poem book, which he dedicated to his mother and donates all the profit to charity.
For the first time, Poriazov did Motion Capture for a GTA-type game in 2024. Anton has acted on stage in a theater troupe called "Why Not," directed by Nikolay Akimov. He has also played the role of Luigi in Dario Fo's play "We Won't Pay, We Won't Pay" and in Shakespeare's "Blood and Power."
In his free time, Anton is involved in sports, particularly karate, and has developed his own business with a nutritional supplement - protein isolate of the Power2go brand. He has also trained in the art of Shotokan karate "DO" and has good skills with firearms. Anton has played football for 5 years in the CSKA team and has a silver medal in table tennis.
Since 2021, he has signed with an agent in London - DNA Management and has begun to fight for roles in global productions such as series for HBO, Netflix, and films by MARVEL and DC Comics.
