Antoine Martin-Sauveur is a multifaceted French creative force, excelling as an actor, director, writer, and producer. His impressive career trajectory began as a cameraman, working for renowned international organizations such as National Geographic TV, Discovery Channel, HBO, BBC, and NHK.
As his expertise grew, so did his involvement behind the camera, taking on roles as a 1st AD for feature films and documentaries, including the 1997 film "Ventura dit Lino". He then ventured into writing and producing short films, some of which were selected for international festivals, such as "Is Paris Asleep?" in 2000.
In 2001, Martin-Sauveur conceived and executed an innovative outdoor film screening event during the Cannes Film Festival, which has since become an integral part of the festival's programming, dubbed "Le cinema de la Plage".
As his creative scope expanded, he began working as a director and producer in 2005. His impressive portfolio includes directing several musical videos and advertising/promotional films for prominent brands, including the Renault F1 Team, during their 2006 championship-winning season.
In 2008-2009, Martin-Sauveur honed his acting craft at the prestigious Studio Pygmalion-French Actor's Studio, alongside esteemed coach Pascal Luneau, who had previously worked with Marion Cotillard on "La Môme".
The following year, he co-wrote and produced the independent feature film "304's Memories" alongside Luneau, starring in the lead male role as Sauveur. The film received widespread critical acclaim, being selected for numerous festivals and finally released in theaters in 2018.
In 2019, Martin-Sauveur founded his own production company, Les Films du Duende, dedicated to nurturing independent cinema. He went on to write, produce, and direct his first short film in 2020, which premiered at the Cognac Film Festival, a renowned event focused on police and film noir movies.
His company also produced the digital series "Flic Stories", and Martin-Sauveur continued to expand his creative reach, developing feature film projects as a writer-director and taking on acting roles in feature films and TV series.
