Anthony is a multi-award-winning screenwriter and director, boasting a impressive collection of accolades, including BAFTA and AWGIE awards. His projects have garnered international recognition, earning a Primetime Emmy, an International Digital Emmy, two BAFTAs, and five Australian Writers Guild awards.
From 2015 to 2017, Anthony served as a Development Executive for Matchbox Pictures, where he developed and script edited Safe Harbour, a 2019 International Emmy winner for Best Mini-Series. He later script produced the fourth season of Nowhere Boys for Matchbox Pictures and the first season of Five Bedrooms for Network Ten and Hoodlum.
As the lead writer and creative director of Hoodlum, Anthony spearheaded several award-winning interactive projects for high-end film and television productions, including LOST, Spooks, Primeval, Salt, and The Bourne Legacy. These interactive projects garnered numerous awards, including a BAFTA, a Primetime Emmy, an International Digital Emmy, and personal accolades for Anthony, such as a BAFTA and five AWG awards, including the prestigious John Hinde Award for Science Fiction.
Anthony's writing talent was recognized in 2012 when he was nominated for the Queensland Literary award for Best Television Script for his work on popular comedy The Strange Calls.
