Anthem Moss, born Anthimos Ananiadis, hails from Thessaloniki, Greece. This talented individual began his journey in the world of theatre at the tender age of 12. He went on to join the prestigious New York Film Academy in New York City and the National Drama School of Athens, concurrently landing a breakout role in the play "This is our Youth" (2004),earning him the title of "Breakthrough Artist of the Year".
Following his year of military service, Anthem returned to the silver screen in the critically acclaimed films "Loathing and Camouflage" and the television show "Distance/Breath", both of which were met with commercial and critical success. In 2006, his leading role in the movie "Straight Story" earned him a nomination for "Best Leading Actor" at the Thessaloniki International Film Festival, cementing his status as a talented actor.
Anthem's subsequent roles included the starring role as "Alexis" in the hit television series "Ugly Maria", the Greek adaptation of "Ugly Betty", for which he received the award for "Best Leading Man" at the T.V. Faces Awards in 2007. He also portrayed Benjamin Braddock in a critically acclaimed stage production of "The Graduate" in Athens, Greece.
In addition to his work in Greece, Anthem has also appeared in the Greek versions of the films "Surf's Up" and "Up" (2007, 2009),as well as numerous other film, television, and stage productions.
In his first year in Los Angeles, Anthem landed the leading role in the film "1001 Ways To Enjoy The Missionary Position" opposite Amanda Plummer and the leading role in the film "Sol". He has also starred in five independent feature films, including "Brief Star" directed by Juan Ramos, "The Hollywood Percentage" directed by Eddie Romero, "Dreams" directed by Peter Ferguson, "Player A" directed by Joshua Perev, and "Sayulita" directed by Jacob Swanson.
Most recently, Anthem has performed on stage, taking on the role of Stanley Kowalsky in the theater production "The Street Car Named Desire", written by Tennessee Williams (2011).
