As she transitioned into the industry, Anna secured a position as the showrunners' assistant on the NBC pilot ORDINARY JOE, only to have her work halted indefinitely due to the COVID-19 pandemic. During the subsequent quarantine period, Anna was selected as a winner of Justin Baldoni's Six-Feet Apart Experiment, a prestigious award that granted her $50,000 to direct her first feature film.
With unwavering dedication and a strong sense of determination, Anna and her team shot her coming-of-age film, LOVE YOU ANYWAY, over the course of twelve days in October 2020, strictly adhering to full COVID-19 compliance procedures.
The film, starring Reign Edwards and Charlie Gillespie, tells the poignant story of Mackenzie, a young woman who navigates the ups and downs of life alongside her childhood best friend, Lucas.
