Amit Sadh, born on 5 June 1979, is a renowned Indian actor who has made a significant impact in the entertainment industry. He began his acting career on television, starring in the popular show Kyun Hota Hai Pyarrr, which aired on Star Plus from 1 August 2002 to 22 July 2004.
Recognizing his passion for films, Amit decided to hone his craft by joining The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York. Upon his return, he landed a significant role in the 2013 film Kai Po Che!, playing the character of Omkar Shashtri, which garnered him widespread acclaim and paved the way for his future projects.
Since then, there has been no looking back for Amit. He has appeared in a range of films, including Guddu Rangeela, Sultan, Running Shaadi, and Sarkar 3, showcasing his versatility as an actor.

In 2020, Amit played the role of Major Videep Singh in Avrodh: The Siege Within, a fictionalized retelling of the 2016 Uri attack and the following surgical strikes. He also excelled in the role of retired Indian Army special forces officer Major Deependra Singh Sengar in Jeet Ki Zid on Zee5.
