Ambrosia, a talented individual, was born on October 4, 1995, and began her entertainment career at the tender age of four, when her aunt Crystal notified her mom, Annette, and grandma, Arcy, about an open call by a local agency in Corpus Christi, Texas, in September 1999. This agency, Infinity Modeling Agency, was impressed by her potential and signed her on the spot, as they were planning a trip to Hollywood to attend the IMTA Competitions. Consequently, Ambrosia traveled to Hollywood in January 2000, where she received 38 callbacks from various agencies and management companies.
By the following month, her mom and grandma had relocated to Los Angeles to pursue her burgeoning career. Ambrosia's first audition in Hollywood took place in February 2000, for a TV sitcom called Popular (1999) on the WB, and she became a SAG member shortly after.
Throughout her career, Ambrosia has been fortunate enough to work with some of the most talented celebrities in Hollywood. She has performed on stage at the AMA's alongside her idol, Jennifer Lopez, and has collaborated with notable actors such as Uma Thurman, Vivica A. Fox, Regina King, Loretta Devine, and Chris Brown. Her film credits include Kill Bill: Vol. 1 (2003),directed by Quentin Tarantino, and This Christmas (2007),directed by Preston A. Whitmore II.
Ambrosia has also had co-starring roles in various TV shows, such as CSI: Miami (2002),The Parkers (1999),Half & Half (2002),Jimmy Kimmel Live! (2003),Mad TV (1995),Popular (1999),and the 2002 pilot "Astronauts". She has also appeared in numerous national commercials, print ads, runway shows, and music videos.
In addition to her acting career, Ambrosia has recently ventured into the music industry, writing and recording her own original songs.
