Alexander Cendese is a multifaceted American-Canadian artist, boasting a diverse range of talents including acting, writing, and producing. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, his formative years were spent in Florence, Italy, where he developed a unique cultural perspective.
He attended Judge Memorial Catholic High School, graduating in 2000, before furthering his education at the Perry Mansfield Performing Arts School and Camp from 1996 to 1999. Cendese eventually enrolled at Carnegie Mellon University, where he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from the School of Drama in 2004.
Following his graduation, Cendese relocated to New York City, where he established a permanent residence in 2004. His professional career took off with the development, production, and starring role in the feature film Blumenthal, released in 2011, alongside Brian Cox and Laila Robins, directed by Seth Fisher.
Throughout his career, Cendese has demonstrated his versatility by appearing in both Broadway and Off-Broadway productions, as well as at prominent regional theaters across the Northeast.
In 2016, Cendese made the move to Slocan City, British Columbia, a charming town of approximately 300 residents nestled in the Kootenay Mountains. After maintaining a part-time home in Vancouver, British Columbia for seven years, he now splits his time between Salt Lake City, Utah, and Slocan City, British Columbia.
