Adwoa Aboah, a 29-year-old actor, has made a name for herself in the film and fashion industries, as well as being a dedicated advocate for young women and girls. She was recognized as a 'Next Generation Leader' on the cover of TIME Magazine and was also listed as one of Forbes' 30 Under 30.
Aboah's passion for acting began during her youth in West London, where she was a member of the National Youth Theatre. She went on to complete a bachelor's degree in Modern Drama at Brunel University.
In addition to her acting career, Aboah is the founder of Gurls Talk, a community-led organization that aims to promote the mental health and wellbeing of adolescent girls and young women. The organization works to destigmatize mental health conversations and provides a supportive community for girls to express themselves.
