Person Biography:
Adolfo, a talented actor with a background in theater training from the Tijuana Cultural Center (CECUT),began his career in 1981 by acting in educational television shows produced by Estudios Churubusco, Canal Once, and the Unidad de Televisión Educativa y Cultural, under the direction of renowned teachers such as Eduardo López Rojas, Narciso Busquets, and Manolo Calvo.
Early in his career, Adolfo made his dubbing debut, voicing the character of Elliot in Steven Spielberg's classic film "E.T. El Extraterrestre," providing the Spanish voice for the boy who befriends E.T.
Throughout his career, Adolfo has gained extensive experience as a cinema actor, appearing in feature films such as "Workers," which won the Best Film award at the 2013 Morelia and Guadalajara Film Festivals and was officially selected for the Berlin Film Festival. He has also worked on films like "Los Días más Oscuros de Nosotras," which received the Marché du Film support at the Cannes Film Festival and was nominated for Best First Feature at the Ariel 2019 Awards, and "Uzi," which won the 2020 TV UNAM Award.
Adolfo has had the opportunity to work with esteemed directors such as Natalia Beristaín, José Luis Valle, David Pablos, Rigoberto Perezcano, Hugo Rodríguez, Camilo Salazar Prince, and Astrid Rondero.
In addition to his work in film, Adolfo has also appeared in several TV series, including Netflix productions like "Narcos México," where he plays one of the most controversial presidents in modern Mexican history, "Fear the Walking Dead," "Luis Miguel La Serie," and "El Chema."
