Aaron Wertheimer, a multifaceted creative force, has made a name for himself in the world of Chicago-based storytelling. As a writer, director, and producer, he has brought numerous projects to life, including the comedy features Wedgerino (2015),Skippers (2018),and the upcoming Not If I See You First (2025). His impressive body of work also includes producing the critically acclaimed drama feature Relative (2022).
Before settling in Chicago, Wertheimer spent over a decade honing his craft in Brooklyn, soaking up the vibrant energy of the city and refining his artistic vision. Prior to his time in Brooklyn, Wertheimer was raised in the majestic city of Calgary, Canada, where he developed a sense of wonder and adventure that would serve him well in his future endeavors.
Despite his Canadian roots, Wertheimer has surprisingly not been able to fit in a ski trip in years, a testament to the demands of his busy creative schedule.
