Tammy, recently fired from her fast-food job, returns home to find her husband with the neighbor. She packs her bags and heads to her parents' house, where she convinces her ailing grandmother to join her on a road trip to Niagara Falls. Despite her grandmother's diabetes, the trip turns into a series of misadventures, including finding love in a bar and robbing a Topper Jack's to bail her grandmother out of jail.
