Square Dance

A 13-year-old girl named Gemma has spent years living with her grandfather in the countryside. Her mother reappears, now married and offering a better life in the city, and Gemma reluctantly leaves with her. In the city, Gemma befriends a boy with a mental disability named Rory and they form a strong bond, even pretending to be married together.
