A teenage girl is found hanged in an old building in Lombardia, leading the police to assume it's a suicide. As the inspector digs deeper, he uncovers a teenage prostitution ring involving high-ranking officials and a shocking recording of sexual encounters. Meanwhile, a mysterious black-clad motorcycle rider is using violence to silence suspects and witnesses.
