In the bustling city of Bagdad, a curious young Sultan named Ahmad disguises himself as a commoner to understand his people. But his Grand Vizier, Jaffar, sees an opportunity to seize power and tells the city that Ahmad has died. Jaffar then sends his army to capture and sentence the Sultan to death.
