In the 1980s, a construction site in Bangkok was plagued by a cursed Banyan tree, whose roots held the remains of thousands of cobra bones. When the tree was torn out, the bones released a malevolent spirit that terrorized the site, leading to gruesome deaths. Years later, a new apartment complex was built on the same ground, and its owner, Nin, must confront the wrath of the Cobra spirit when hundreds of venomous snakes invade the building, hell-bent on killing everyone.
