Neon Maniacs

In San Francisco, a series of gruesome murders takes place every night, with victims being brutally attacked and mutilated. The authorities are baffled, and the city is gripped with fear. One teenager, who happens to be out on the streets during one of these attacks, becomes the only witness to the carnage. With her life hanging in the balance, she must survive the night and uncover the truth behind the mysterious killings, or risk becoming the next victim.
