The Bowery Boys, led by Sach, learn that his great-great-grand-uncle, the Earl of Walsingham, is near death and has sent for his relatives from around the world. The group, including Sach, Slip, Butch, Chuck, and Louie, travel to London, where they find the Earl surrounded by suspicious characters.
