After his journey to the center of the Earth, Sean Anderson searches for other locations mentioned in Verne's writings. He discovers a cryptic message and infiltrates a satellite facility to receive it fully. With his stepfather Hank's help, Sean decodes the message, leading him to a map that takes him to Verne's enigmatic island. He sets out with Gabato and Kailani to find his grandfather, the renowned Vernian Alexander, but their quest is complicated by Alexander's mistake with far-reaching consequences.
