In the Venezuelan Amazonas jungle, a spider expert discovers a new species, but a bite from one of the spiders sends the photographer to his hometown Canaima, where the spider escapes and hides in a local barn. A family moves to Canaima seeking a peaceful life, but the spider has reproduced and infested the area, forcing the doctor and his team to find and destroy the queen to end the threat.
