Alan Clark's ambitions to become a Minister under Margaret Thatcher's administration led him to serve as MP for Plymouth Sutton. But, he soon discovered that his new role was far more demanding than he had anticipated.

A British politician, Alan Clark, yearns for a higher position in Margaret Thatcher's government. He achieves his goal, but finds himself overwhelmed by the demands of his new role, including reading bills and attending committee meetings.
