Richard Carlyle returns to Steeple Falls with his kids to settle his late father's estate, intending to sell the hardware business and house. However, his kids discover a "ghost depot" where spirits gather to cross over, and learn that their grandfather's spirit is stuck due to being stolen by Zachariah Kull, a vengeful spirit seeking power. Ian and Claire must now stop Zachariah and free their grandfather's spirit.
