In a post-apocalyptic wasteland, Tank Girl and her companions are the last survivors on Earth, where a powerful corporation controls the remaining water resources. After escaping from prison, Tank Girl and her new ally Jet Girl steal a tank and a jet, joining forces with mutant kangaroo-like humans and rescuing a young girl they've adopted.
