Singam

Sub-Inspector Durai Singam, a respected and wealthy police officer, falls in love with Kavya Mahalingam, but her father, a businessman, disapproves of him. Durai's life takes a turn when he's directed to deal with the influential gangster Mayil Vaaganam, who initially refuses to cooperate but ultimately gets humiliated by Durai's determination. Mayil Vaaganam seeks revenge by getting Durai transferred to Chennai and plotting to terrorize him, his friends, and family.
