Higher Power

A family man's life spirals out of control after his wife's death, leading him down a path of addiction and estrangement from his daughters. However, his life takes a drastic turn when he's kidnapped by a scientist who claims the world is about to end and that Joe is the key to saving humanity. The scientist implants a chip in Joe's brain and forces him to retrieve a dangerous piece of research that could threaten the entire world.
