A Dog Named Duke

Terry Polesky, a US Marine veteran, struggles to cope with his honorable discharge after a crippling wound leaves him unable to provide for his family. He abandons his wife Bethany and their daughter Alice, eventually becoming homeless and living in a camper on a deserted property with his loyal dog Duke. After ten years, Duke falls ill and Terry is forced to leave him at an animal clinic, believing he will be put down. However, the vet team not only saves Duke but also launches a search for his owner, leading to a heartwarming reunion between Terry and his now-grown daughter Alice, who is eager to reconnect with her father.
