Justin Besler returns to his father's renovated house, now divided into three apartments, where he finds suspicious and shady neighbors. When a cult killing victim's body turns up on the property, Justin becomes increasingly suspicious of his new housemates, leading him to set up pinhole surveillance cameras with his friend Rick. However, their investigation puts their own lives at risk.
