Ellie and Jack, two high school students, switch lives after a text argument about whose life is easier. Ellie, now in Jack's body, learns about brotherly bonding and hockey, while Jack, in Ellie's body, discovers girl code and spa days. As they navigate each other's lives, they must figure out how to switch back before the swap becomes permanent, all while competing in a rhythmic gymnastics championship and a hockey game. Along the way, they gain empathy for each other and learn valuable lessons about their own lives.
