Rookie Detective Tanya Morris and veteran Detective Ryan Anderson, two vastly different personalities, are paired to investigate a series of high-end art thefts at major galleries. As they dig deeper, they focus on Francis Miller, a suspect with a questionable past who had worked at each gallery before the thefts. To get closer to Miller, they decide to go undercover as newlyweds and join his Christmas Committee, where they encounter a mix of suspicious behavior and genuine Christmas spirit. As they navigate their case and their own differences, they develop a deeper understanding of themselves and each other.
