Rock band lead singer Mac is forced to leave his tour with Slash when he receives news of his aunt's passing and must return to his childhood farm for the funeral. As they arrive, they meet the eccentric patriarch and Mac's father, Jeremiah. The group learns about an ancient tradition called "harvest of blood" from local Billy Bob, which is said to boost the harvest. However, their bus breaks down, stranding them on the farm, where they become the target of a serial killer seeking to collect their blood.
