Everybody Changes

In the idyllic town of Bambito, Panama, the Ponce family appears to be the epitome of perfection, with a successful father, loving mother, and three wonderful children. However, beneath the surface, the family harbors a secret: when Federico and Carol have a date night, they are joined by Lizzie, a charismatic woman who is actually Federico, dressed in drag. What starts as a playful game soon becomes a desperate struggle for Federico to reconcile his true identity and save his family when he decides to undergo gender reassignment surgery in Thailand.
