In the 1960s, two couples, Michael and Donna, and Paul and Erica, become entangled with the enigmatic Count Yorga at a Los Angeles séance, where the Count had a mysterious connection to Donna's recently deceased mother. After the Count is invited home, Paul and Erica are ambushed, and the next day, Erica is found to be severely anemic, leading the doctor to suspect vampirism, with Count Yorga and his isolated mansion at its center.
