A compilation of three episodes from "THE TIME TUNNEL" series, featuring a government project that can send people to the past or future. The first episode follows Tony Newman, a scientist who travels back to 1912 on the Titanic, where he tries to warn people of the impending disaster, but they don't believe him. His colleague Doug Phillips follows him, but they're unable to stop the tragedy. In the next episode, the duo travels to the 19th century to stop alien invaders seeking to steal the planet's food. Back in the present, a technician is revealed to be a spy who plants a bomb in the time tunnel, and Tony and Doug are sent to find him. However, they're caught in a time warp and materialize in the future, where they discover a hive-like race has evolved and is creating a time machine.

A government project has successfully developed the ability to travel through time, allowing people to visit eras from the past or future. The story begins with a senator's visit to the project, but things take a dramatic turn when a malfunction sends the team hurtling through time.
