A group of Marines, led by a Colonel, are court-martialed for massacring a village they were sent to rescue hostages. The General presiding over the trial rejects a plea agreement, dishonoring the Marines and stripping them of their benefits. The Colonel is later busted out of prison by his men and they take over a plane, including the General, who is on his way to a new government position. The Colonel and his men engage in a violent struggle with a team sent to stop them, but the leader of the team, who faked his own death, must team up with the flight attendant to take down the Colonel and his men.
