Mark Humphrey is a multifaceted Canadian actor who has had a prolific career in television, with a diverse range of roles in various series.

He is perhaps most famously recognized for his portrayal of Jake Antonelli in the Canadian television series E.N.G., a role that has contributed significantly to his widespread recognition.

In addition to his television work, Mark has also showcased his acting abilities in several films, making his feature film debut in the 1988 movie Iron Eagle II, where he played the role of Captain Matt Cooper.

Mark was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, to Jack Humphrey, a renowned radio and television producer, and his wife Sidney.
