Jim Wilson joins the French Foreign Legion to avenge his brother's death, but his plans are complicated when a female coworker crashes in the desert and causes tension among the legionnaires. As their commander's cruelty grows, they turn against him, forcing those who refused to join the mutiny to face death in the desert. But the captain surprisingly survives and returns to bring them all to justice through a court-martial.
