In the final installment of the "Rough Riders" series, a small town is plagued by gold theft. A dying miner accuses Rand and Ludlow of attacking him, and a newspaper editor plans to expose the truth. However, a rival citizen, posing as a friend, sabotages the editor's presses. The U.S. Marshal arrives, along with two undercover agents, to help the editor and foil the gang's plans.
