As a Foley artist for indie horror films, Victoria "Vic" Paulette, with the assistance of her sound engineer Coop Mackie, is tasked with completing the final film of the renowned Foley artist, Thomas Raven. However, upon discovering that Raven passed away before finishing the project, Vic starts to experience bizarre occurrences while creating sound effects for his last film, which blurs the lines between reality and the disturbing reality-bending movie.
