Kirsty and her boyfriend take a room near her father's childhood home, where he's moved in with his new wife. Unbeknownst to them, the house is already inhabited by malevolent forces summoned by Larry's brother Frank using a supernatural puzzle box. Frank must make blood sacrifices to escape the clutches of Pinhead and the cenobites.
