The Time Travelers

A team of scientists in 1964 creates a portal to the future, landing them in 2071, where they find a barren Earth ravaged by a nuclear war. They're attacked by mutated humans, but rescued by scientists building a spaceship to flee to a new planet. The visitors from the past must rebuild the portal to return to their time before the spaceship departs, all while forming friendships and learning about life in the future, including the use of robots for everyday tasks.
