A couple, Frank and Lee, struggles with their marriage due to Frank's impotence and Lee's mixed emotions. Frank's anger issues lead him to seek therapy, which reveals a connection between his anger and impotence. The therapist recommends a European woman to guide them through fantasies to rekindle their passion. Meanwhile, a series of murders occurs, and the police investigate, suspecting Frank, their neighbor Eric, or the mysterious woman, who keeps introducing new fantasies.
