Chris Chandler, a high school athlete, is a paragon of modesty and considerate behavior. As a freshman in college, he befriends a nerdy roommate and takes him to a frat party, where they're invited by a hip girl named Megan. However, the invitation is actually a ruse by the president of the fraternity, Devon Eisley, who has discovered a secret to eternal youth. Chris is tricked into drinking blood with Devon, and subsequently begins to change for the worse.
