A phone-sex service in L.A. allows callers to share their fantasies with failed models. However, one caller, Bobo, has a twisted sense of humor and a warped mental state. Wearing a clown mask, he begins a murderous rampage against the hot-line workers, making his victims walk a tightrope of terror before brutally ending their lives.
