A 19-year-old computer science student, James, is struggling to cope with the loss of his father who died in the 9/11 attacks. He becomes obsessed with the idea that uncertainty is the source of all evil and uses complex algorithms to try and control every aspect of his life, inadvertently pushing himself further into isolation.
