Three deserters, accompanied by their army captain, crash-land on a mysterious island after their plane experiences engine failure. They soon discover a primitive tribe of cave women who practice human sacrifice to appease their dominant dinosaur, The Great One. Initially mistaken for gods, the men must find a way to defeat The Great One and escape, but amidst the chaos, they develop romantic feelings for each other.
