Days of Pentecost is a feature-length drag action/adventure musical road movie inspired by Russ Meyer's Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill!. The film follows three go-go dancers, led by Melena, as they revolt against patriarchal oppression and search for peace, acceptance, and a man who won't betray them. After a confrontation with an audience member, the girls flee the city and get stranded in a small town, where they encounter a closeted homosexual mechanic who sees them as a threat to his lies.
