Badal, a rural villager, enrolls in a city college and befriends Tina Oberoi. They fall in love, but her wealthy father, Dinesh Oberoi, disapproves of their relationship. Dinesh tries to ruin Badal's reputation by falsely accusing him of rape, but Tina stands by him. Undeterred, Dinesh attempts to bribe Badal, who refuses. In a desperate attempt to eliminate Badal, Dinesh hires a corrupt police officer, Neghi, who will stop at nothing to complete the task.
