Ulysses background

Ulysses

In the midst of Dublin's bustling streets, two men, Leopold Bloom and Stephen Dedalus, embark on a poignant quest for meaning and human connection.

On June 16, 1904, Stephen Dedalus, an aspiring poet, explores Dublin, forming an unlikely bond with Leopold Bloom, a Jewish middle-aged man who becomes a father figure to him. Bloom's day is marked by a funeral and a night of drinking, during which he develops paternal feelings towards Stephen, ultimately reconciling with his wife Molly, a down-to-earth woman.
